No practice yet this week for Jets CB Cromartie
New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie has missed the last two days practice sessions due to a lingering hip problem and his status could be a game-time decision against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
Cromartie exited last Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens with a hip injury that has been bothering him in recent weeks.
Coach Rex Ryan said Wednesday that Cromartie could be a game-time decision.
"That's tough to call right now," Ryan said of Cromartie's chances of playing. "That one truly could be a game-timer or something like that. We know he's had a history. He's a durable guy."
Also absent for the Jets on Thursday were receiver Santonio Holmes (foot/hamstring) and tight end Kellen Winslow (knee). Both practiced Wednesday on a limited basis.
