April 15 (The Sports Xchange) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard Mo Williams has been ruled out because of knee soreness for Sunday's Game One of the first-round NBA Eastern Conference playoffs series against the Detroit Pistons. Williams' status for Game Two on Wednesday night in Cleveland will be updated early next week. - - - The Atlanta Hawks recalled guard/forward Lamar Patterson from the Austin Spurs of the NBA Development League.
