Jan 9 (The Sports Xchange) - Highlights of Saturday's National Basketball Association games. - - Clippers 97, Hornets 83 Chris Paul had 25 points, seven assists and seven rebounds, leading the Los Angeles Clippers to a 97-83 victory over the Charlotte Hornets at Staples Center on Saturday. Jamal Crawford scored 19 points and guard J.J. Redick added 17 as the Clippers (24-13) captured their eighth straight victory and handed the Hornets their sixth consecutive defeat. - - Hawks 120, Bulls 105 Al Horford made sure that the Chicago Bulls' six-game winning streak came to an end. The Atlanta center scored 33 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, handed out six assists and blocked four shots as the Hawks led all the way in a 120-105 victory over the Bulls on Saturday. - - Wizards 105, Magic 99 All Star point guard John Wall scored 24 points and added 10 assists to lead the Washington Wizards to a 105-99 victory over the Orlando Magic. The hot-shooting Wizards (16-19) beat the Magic (20-18) for the fourth time this season and 12th consecutive time overall. - - Pistons 103, Nets 87 Andre Drummond posted his league-high 31st double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds and the Detroit Pistons pulled away to a 103-87 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday at The Palace. The fourth-year center made 11 of 15 field-goal attempts for the Pistons (21-16), who have won three straight. Reggie Jackson supplied 23 points and eight assists and Ersan Ilyasova notched his second double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds. - - Raptors 108, 76ers 95 Kyle Lowry recorded 25 points, six rebounds and five assists and DeMar DeRozan added 19 points, seven rebounds and five assists in leading the Toronto Raptors to their third straight win, a 108-95 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Jonas Valanciunas scored 17 points and swept nine rebounds for the Raptors, who improved to 24-15 overall, 13-9 on the road. Terrence Ross contributed 16 points off the bench while Patrick Patterson scored 11. - - Jazz 98, Heat 83 Gordon Hayward scored 34 points and the Utah Jazz defeated the Miami Heat 98-83 to snap a three-game losing streak. Hayward hit 14 of 22 field goals, including an exclamation dunk late in the game, to help make up for eight turnovers. - - Warriors 128, Kings 116 Stephen Curry scored 35 points and added 11 assists, and Draymond Green added 25 points and nine rebounds as the Golden State Warriors continued their dominance with a 128-116 victory over the Sacramento Kings at Sleep Train Arena. Curry made 12 of 21 shots overall and eight of 14 from three-point range, as the Warriors improved to 35-2, the best mark by any NBA team after 37 games.
