Nov 15 (The Sports Xchange) - - Highlights of Friday's National Basketball Association games. - - - Pacers 104, Bucks 77 Center Roy Hibbert had 24 points, 10 rebounds and eight blocks and helped the Indiana Pacers remain unbeaten with a 104-77 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. Paul George finished with 22 points and has scored at least 20 in each game this season. Guard Lance Stephenson scored 11 points for the Pacers (9-0), who improved on their franchise-best start. Guard O.J. Mayo scored 20 points and forward Khris Middleton and guard Gary Neal each added 11 for the Bucks (2-6), who lost their fourth straight. - - - Bulls 96, Raptors 80 Forward Luol Deng had 19 points and nine rebounds as the Chicago Bulls defeated the Toronto Raptors 96-80 to extend their winning streak to three games. The Bulls overcame a season-best 37 points by Toronto (4-6) guard DeMar DeRozan, who equaled his career high. Forward Joakim Noah added 18 points and nine rebounds for the Bulls (4-3) and forward Carlos Boozer had 14 points, eight rebounds and six assists. - - - Trail Blazers 109, Celtics 96 The Portland Trail Blazers, with forward-center LaMarcus Aldridge leading the way, opened a four-game road trip with a 109-96 victory over the Celtics, Portland's first win in Boston since 2004. Aldridge had 27 points and 12 rebounds for his fourth straight double-double as the Blazers ended a nine-game TD Garden losing streak and improved to 7-2 this season. The Celtics, losing their second straight after a four-game winning streak that included a road win over the Miami Heat, fell to 4-6 under first-year coach Brad Stevens. - - - Bobcats 86, Cavaliers 80 The Charlotte Bobcats took control of the game in the fourth quarter en route to an 86-80 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena. The Bobcats have now beaten the Cavs four times this season, including twice in the preseason. The Cavs (3-7) were 14-1 lifetime against the Bobcats at The Q before Friday's game but have now lost three in a row on the season. The Bobcats (5-4) were led by forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist's 16 points and eight rebounds. - - - Heat 110, Mavericks 104 In a matchup of the two teams that have combined to win the past three NBA championships, the Miami Heat, led by forward LeBron James' season-high 39 points, defeated the Dallas Mavericks, 110-104 at AmericanAirlines Arena. The two-time defending champion Heat (6-3) got the better of the Mavs (5-4) in a good contest. Dwyane Wade had 17 points, a season-high eight assists and a career-high eight steals. - - - Hawks 113, 76ers 103 Jeff Teague scored 33 points and handed out 10 assists to lead the Atlanta Hawks to a 113-103 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Forward DeMarre Carroll scored 21 points, shooting five-for-eight on three-pointers, and center Al Horford had 20 points and eight rebounds for Atlanta (5-4). Forward Evan Turner led the 76ers (5-5) with 27 points and point guard Tony Wrotten, filling in for Michael Carter-Williams, scored 22. - - - Nuggets 117, Timberwolves 113 Forward Wilson Chandler scored 19 points, forward Kenneth Faried had 16 points and 10 rebounds and the Denver Nuggets beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 117-113. Guard Ty Lawson had 14 points and 10 assists for the Nuggets, who got 66 points from their bench to hold off Minnesota. Forward Kevin Love scored 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and guard Kevin Martin had 27 points for the Timberwolves. - - - Spurs 91, Jazz 82 Guard Tony Parker scored 22 points and forward Boris Diaw had 17 off the bench as the San Antonio Spurs overcame a double-digit deficit en route to a 91-82 victory over the Utah Jazz. Utah led by as many as 15 points in the first half but only scored 36 after halftime to fall for the ninth time in 10 games this season. Forward Derrick Favors had 20 points and a career-high 18 rebounds for the Jazz, who were coming off their only win of the season, a 111-105 victory over New Orleans. Parker scored 16 of his game-high 22 in the second half to lead the Spurs (9-1) to their eighth straight win. - - - Nets 100, Suns 98 (overtime) Guard Joe Johnson put up a teardrop five-footer over the outstretched hands of Phoenix forward Channing Frye and through the hoop as time expired in overtime as the Brooklyn Nets pulled out a wild 100-98 overtime win over the Phoenix Suns. Nets center Brook Lopez had 25 of his 27 points in the second half and overtime, hitting two jumpers 48 seconds apart to give the Nets their first lead of overtime. Guard Shaun Livingston had 18 points and six assists for the Nets and Johnson finished with 13 points, but the last two were the biggest. - - - Grizzlies 89, Lakers 86 Memphis forward Zach Randolph delivered some crucial buckets down the stretch, allowing the Grizzlies to shake the Los Angeles Lakers 89-86. Randolph scored 14 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter while forward Marc Gasol finished with 18 points, eight rebounds and three blocks as Memphis (4-5) handed the Lakers (4-7) their fourth setback in five games. Guard Tony Allen added 12 points and point guard Mike Conley scored 11. Guard Jodie Meeks led the Lakers with 25 points. - - - Pistons 97, Kings 90 Forward Josh Smith scored 21 points, center Andre Drummond had 18 rebounds to go along with 15 points and the Detroit Pistons used a clamp-down defense in the second half to pull away from the Sacramento Kings 97-90. Drummond grabbed 10 rebounds in the second half, and six of his eight offensive rebounds came after halftime, as Detroit (3-5) steadily pulled away for its first road win of the season. Guard Rodney Stuckey, playing 30 minutes off the bench with starting guard Chauncey Billups out because of knee soreness, had 16 points.
