Maple Leafs lose Frattin for a week

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matt Frattin will miss at least a week with a knee injury, the team announced Wednesday.

According to The Sporting News, Frattin is dealing with MCL issues that required a procedure.

Frattin was off to a hot start for Toronto with seven goals and 10 points in 10 games, including the winning goal Monday night against Philadelphia.

He's the second Leafs player sidelined this week with knee issues. Goaltender James Reimer also be out at least a week with an MCL strain.
