LeSean McCoy takes shot to head, tries to get helmet back from trainers
Eagles running back LeSean McCoy took a tough helmet-to-helmet shot from Redskins cornerback David Amerson on Sunday and left the Eagles-Redskins game.
The logic is he suffered a concussion because of all the things that happened on the field. But McCoy has no interest in missing any snaps.
He was spotted on the sideline talking with trainers and repeatedly yelling "I'M OK!" McCoy then attempted to steal his helmet back from the training staff. It was rather surreal.
McCoy was cleared to return shortly after the second quarter began.
