EOF Podcast: NFL's domestic-violence problem isn't going away

The NFL's domestic-violence problem continues, seemingly unabated, and it's unclear what, if anything commissioner Roger Goodell can do about it. He hasn't been in front of a camera since last Tuesday, and hasn't met with the media since last Thursday, hours before the Associated Press refuted Goodell's claim that no one in his office saw the Ray Rice surveillance tape until last week.

In the meantime, Adrian Peterson, Greg Hardy, Ray McDonald and, now it appears, Jonathan Dwyer have found themselves on the wrong side of the domestic-violence conversation.

On the latest podcast, Will Brinson and Ryan Wilson discuss the most recent developments and what, if anything, this means for Goodell. A week ago, he appeared untouchable, but as sponsors threaten to dump the NFL, the commissioner's job security suddenly becomes tenuous at best.

It's so bad that we resorted to comparing Goodell to King Joffrey from Game of Thrones.

Finally, mercifully, we talk about actual football; the 0-2 Buccaneers travel to Atlanta to face the 1-1 Falcons. Where, not surprisingly, a national women's group will protest Goodell.

Talking starts promptly.
