Eagles re-sign Cedric Thornton
The Philadelphia Eagles re-signed exclusive-rights free agent defensive end Cedric Thornton to a one-year contract.
The team announced the deal today after Thornton started every game last season.
He recorded 60 tackles last season.
Thornton, 25, is a 6-foot-4, 309-pounder from Southern Arkansas who signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent.
In 2012, he recorded 27 tackles.
