Eagles' McCoy cleared to return

Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has been cleared to return to game action, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report.

"There's a chance he ends up playing for us this week," coach Andy Reid said during his radio show on WIP-AM. "We'll see how it goes with the practices this week. He practiced (Monday) and did well."

If McCoy plays, he'll be used with rookie running back Bryce Brown, as the team uses these two games to determine what they have going forward.

"With Bryce, I just feel he needs to play," Reid told reporters. "He didn't get a lot of college experience so he's catching up. he's catching up at the highest level of football you can catch up at. But I think when it's all said and done you're going to have a good, solid running back."
