The Bills want change

Doug Whaley was hired four years ago in 2013 by the Bills. His only winning season that he had as the Bills general manager was in 2014 when they went 9-7 but still missed out on the postseason. What will they do now? They could bring in another manager, have head coach Sean McDermott take over the role, there are many options for the Bills.

McDermott has stressed for change since his arrival in Buffalo. He wants Buffalo to start winning and the only way for them to, is creating change. Buffalo had a record of 30-34 when Whaley was in charge which is not acceptable.

What happened during the NFL Draft?

There are different stories of what might have happened in the Bills draft room. McDermott may have taken the control of who the Bills took which is supposed to be the general manager’s job most of the time. Was there disagreements between McDermott, Whaley and scouting staff? The only ones who know are the ones that were in that room.

The Bills are going to be looking for another general manager along with members to add to the scouting staff. Bills fans should trust the Bills during this process. Since McDermott has joined Buffalo, they have made smart moves in different areas of the organization. Bills owners Terry and Kim Pegula are looking for change and they have their guy in McDermott to help them with this process.
