Bills cut running back Anthony Allen

The Buffalo Bills cut veteran running back Anthony Allen today.

Allen was signed in January.

Allen is a former Baltimore Ravens backup who played for their Super Bowl championship team.

The Bills traded for running back Bryce Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles during the draft.

They also have C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson and Anthony Dixon under contract.
