North Texas lands Cornell graduate transfer linebacker Connor Henderson

Connor Henderson was among a handful of standout players at Cornell last fall who were faced with the prospect of finding a new home for the end of their college careers. The Ivy League prohibits graduate students from participating in athletics and had several grads with eligibility remaining due to the COVID-19 pandemic that wiped out the 2020 season. Connor Henderson Henderson fell into that category, hit the transfer portal and landed at North Texas on Tuesday. The 6-foot-1, 230-pound linebacker announced his decision on social media.
