Revolution scoreless at Gillette again, loss to NYC FC is third in a row

The Revolution dropped their third straight match and suffered their second home shutout in a row during a 1-0 loss to New York City FC at Gillette Stadium on Saturday night. The Revolution fell to 2-10-1 when Justin Haak found Tayvon Gray, who sent a cross to Keaton Parks, who headed it home from the center of the box in the 81st minute for the night's only tally. The Revolution controlled nearly 58 percent of posession and held an 8-4 edge in shots on goal, but NYC FC goalkeeper M Freese made five saves. Aljaz Ivacic stopped four shots.
