WrestleMadness: Determining the greatest WWE superstar of all time

We need your help, wrestling fans.

In the spirit of March Madness and with WrestleMania 31 right around the corner, Yahoo Sports is trying to crown the greatest World Wrestling Entertainment superstar of all time.

Our resident wrestling guru has narrowed down the participants to eight (Sorry, Triple H) and here’s your chance to determine the final four.

Once we narrow the field down to four, we are hitting the WrestleMania 31 festivities in the Silicon Valley and letting current and former WWE superstars determine the winner. Check back on The Turnstile March 30 to find out the winner.

Below are the four matchups. To vote, click on each hyperlink. The deadline is March 24.

Vote: The Undertaker vs. Steve Austin:

It’s only fitting that two of the biggest WWE stars from the 1990s should clash against each other in the bracket. Nearly 25 years after making his WWE debut, The Undertaker continues to lace up the boots once a year at WrestleMania while Steve Austin has successfully made the transition from wrestler to podcaster.

Vote: The Rock vs. John Cena:

Consider this Round 3 of the rivalry between The Rock vs. John Cena. And based on the negative reaction Cena continues to generate in front of live crowds on a weekly basis, it might be an uphill battle for the 15-time heavyweight champion.

Most notable match against each other: WrestleMania XXVIII

Vote: Hulk Hogan vs. Randy Savage:

The Mega Powers meet again as we finally settle a debate that dates back to the first time Hulk Hogan locked eyes on Miss Elizabeth. Hogan will officially induct the late Randy Savage in the WWE Hall of Fame the night before WrestleMania 31.

Vote: Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels:

Two wrestlers that oozed charisma in their own unique way, Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels share a special bond in wrestling history. Flair’s final match in the WWE was against Michaels at WrestleMania XXIV.
