Espanyol women cover Barcelona’s name on trophy with tape and marker

Espanyol beat Athletic Bilbao in the Copa de la Reina (the women's version of the Copa del Rey) final. It was the fourth time in seven years its won the competition, avenging its loss to city rivals Barcelona in the final last year.

Once the team got the trophy back into its dressing room, it noticed the plaque on the trophy had not been updated since Barcelona's win in 2010/11, so the players took it upon themselves to update it themselves, slapping a piece of tape over Barca's name and writing "Espanyol" on it. And in a way that was probably even more satisfying than if it was properly engraved in the first place.
