VIDEO: Louisiana Tech OL Vince Cano shows off his pageant-winning dance moves

Louisiana Tech redshirt sophomore offensive lineman Vince Cano was named "Mr. Tech" last week and he was so proud of it, he decided to recreate his winning dance routine for reporters at spring practice last Friday.

The "Mr. Tech" pageant is Louisiana's Tech's male version of a beauty pageant and at 6-foot-2, 305 pounds, Cano screams pageant contestant.

To celebrate Cano's accomplishment, coach Sony Dykes had the Miss America theme song blaring from the speakers at practice while the team huddled up following its second scrimmage of the spring.

"We kinda wanted to coronate him," Dykes said. "We were trying to get a crown, but we couldn't find one."

There were several different aspects to the competition. Cano does, however, have mad dancing skills. He had to perform a dance while wearing his helmet (and a collared short and khakis). He knows his step-ball-change and I enjoyed him riding the backwards horse.

The Bulldogs had no doubt the second-string center would win the competition and made sure to congratulate his accomplishment. Cano's outgoing personality makes this video incredibly fun to watch. He's just a tango away from Dancing with the Stars.
