You have to be a little bit crazy to be a college football strength coach. Penn State's Craig Fitzgerald is no different.
The Nittany Lions are in Minneapolis taking on Minnesota where, with the wind chill. the weather feels like it is in the 30's. Fitzgerald doesn't care. He's still rocking his customary shorts and a t-shirt.

That is nothing new for Fitzgerald, who last season in blustery conditions, took off his shirt and jumped on the ground to rile up the Nittany Lions before their game at Illinois. You can see that in the video below.
