Miami talk show host and former Hurricanes player loses mind, delivers incredible rant on former team

Good rants are fun. That's why we still remember Lee Elia so fondly.

Pull up a chair, classic rant fans, we've got a great one today.

Dan Sileo played defensive line for the Miami Hurricanes, and was a key part of the famous 1986 team. He hosts a show on WQAM, a sports radio channel in Miami. And he was not happy about Miami's 52-13 meltdown at Kansas State last week. Not one bit.

He starts the rant (which contains mildly NSFW language) with "This 'Canes disaster ... " and just lets it fly. The best part -- oh man, there's many to choose from -- might be when he warns the defensive players that if they don't hit the opponent, "You are going to be held accountable!"

I believe him. It's incredible how mad Sileo is about Miami's most recent loss, including when he advocates sticking an opposing quarterback with a knife. No kidding. Here's the YouTube clip, which was uploaded by WQAM:
