Four Texas A&M players suspended for the first two games of the season

Johnny Manziel may be the most notable Aggie with a suspension to open the season, but he's not the only one.

Four Texas A&M players are suspended for the first two games of the season. They are cornerback De'Vante Harris, linebacker Steven Jenkins, defensive end Ed Pope and wide receiver Gavin Stansbury.

Harris, Jenkins and Stansbury were all listed as starters. Another listed starter, defensive lineman Kirby Ennis, is suspended for Saturday's game against Rice. In all, eight Aggies are suspended for all or part of the Rice game. (Manziel is suspended for the first half.)

But fear not, Aggie fans, the two game suspensions mean that they'll all be back before the Alabama game on September 14.
