Best of Midnight Madness: Pittsburgh coach Jamie Dixon as Duck Dynasty’s ‘Uncle Si’

One year after he dressed as Will Ferrell's "Semi-Pro" character Jackie Moon at Pitt's 2012 Midnight Madness event, Jamie Dixon again ditched his traditional pinstripe suit in favor of a memorable costume. Dixon arrived at Pittsburgh's Morning Madness event Saturday driving a camouflaged golf cart and dressed Duck Dynasty's Uncle Si, a costume featuring a fake white beard, glasses and camouflage vest and hat. The coach stayed in character for an interview with tbe emcee of the event, Joe Klimchak, duplicating Uncle Si's trademark country accent. Perhaps it should come as no surprise Dixon is so comfortable in costume. Not only did his father dabble in writing movie scripts, acting and producing, Dixon himself also appeared in TV commercials for Rice Krispies and Volvo as a kid.
