SportsDash: Michigan’s defense will give ND’s Rees all he can handle

Notre Dame cruised past Temple, 28-7, in their season opener last Saturday, notching their 14th win in their last 15 contests. Tommy Rees, who attempted just 59 passes last season, was outstanding against the Owls, completing 16 of 23 passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns.

Michigan had an even easier time in their first game of the season, trouncing Central Michigan 59-9 behind a defense that allowed just 210 total yards to the Chippewas.

Doug Flutie joined the SportsDash crew to discuss the matchup between the two teams, who meet this weekend.
