SportsDash: Nobody wins in NFL’s concussion-related settlement

Thursday saw the NFL settle with over 4,500 former players in their concussion-related lawsuit, paying out $765 million. Though this seems like an exorbitant sum of money, it is not a resounding victory for the players. Between the number of people involved in the suit and the league's deep pockets, the NFL seems to have cut a pretty cheap deal.

NBCSports.com's national columnist Joe Posnanski (@JPosnanski) joined the SportsDash crew to discuss the settlement, saying that regardless of the dollars and cents, nobody wins in a situation like this one. Former player Henry Laurence also weighs in on the potential consequences of the settlement.
