PFT Live: Win-win situation for Eagles, Darren Sproles in Philadelphia

Despite their considerable efforts to find a trade destination for Darren Sproles, the Saints were on the verge of having to cut their versatile running back as the free agency period approached. New Orleans was running out of suitors that Sproles deemed acceptable (the team had given him final say on any trades), but they were able to work out a deal with the Eagles that would send Sproles to Philadelphia for a fifth-round pick.

Mike Florio thinks that this is an ideal fit for all parties involved -- that is if the 30-year-old Sproles has fuel left in the tank.
