The Eagles announced Monday that they have come to an agreement with QB Michael Vick for what is essentially a one-year deal reportedly worth up to $10 million. While it could be a significant reduction in the amount he was supposed to make, it will give him the chance to have a good year under new coach Chip Kelly and then go after bigger money in 2014.
