One thing to know: Can Ravens sign anyone under top dollar?

The Ravens took a gamble by not extending Joe Flacco’s contract before the 2012 season and lost that gamble when Flacco upped his value to top dollar after a stellar postseason. According to Mike Florio, now that they’ve made Flacco the highest paid player in NFL history, it’s going to be tough to convince anyone else on the team to take less money.
