Mad Dash: NFL QB celebrates huge contract with...pizza

When someone hands you a brand new contract worth $64 million over four years, the celebration options are basically limitless. So how did San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers party after he signed his deal? He didn't go out and buy a flashy new ride or start looking at bigger houses. He didn't even break out a bottle of champagne or head to a steakhouse. Nope, Rivers told reporters he opted for a Domino's pizza with pepperoni, jalapenos and black olives. That's how you live like a king. Domino's of course caught wind of the news, and suggested there may be a home for Rivers when this new contract runs out. Hey, we like pizza, too. Can we get an offer?

It takes place in 1986, and while Eazy-E wore the hat plenty in his life, it was after 1991 when the hat was introduced by Chicago's American League club.

College football coaches will look for lots of ways to shake up preseason practices, which can start to drag without a game the upcoming Saturday. So the Ohio State staff busted out some old school snacks for the Buckeyes, including carrots, Skittles and juice boxes. Well, if you're a stickler, it was Capri Suns, but Urban Meyer apparently isn't concerned about the distinction. In any case, we're hungry now and are going to go grab lunch.
