Brad Keselowski cuts hand on champagne bottle in victory lane
The next time Brad Keselowski visits victory lane, he's probably going to be wary of the champagne bottles.
While celebrating his win in Saturday night's Sprint Cup Series race at Kentucky, Keselowski cut his right hand on a champagne bottle. He immediately went to the infield care center where he had four stitches to his wounded hand.

The cut obviously delayed victory lane celebrations – and stained his white firesuit – but after he got the stitches in his hand and a new firesuit on his body, Keselowski was back in victory lane, doing the required pictures and media appearances. He said in the media center after the incident that he didn't have his phone on him, hence no picture of a bloody hand from his own twitter account.
"And what was my thought? You know, I did the typical guy thing," Keselowski said. "It's not that bad, it's not that bad, and I shook it a couple times and there was blood flying everywhere. I thought, this is pretty bad. And then I started kind of walking through my mind, is this for real. There really wasn't a much more intelligent thought than that."
