Former NFLer takes his shot at being a 'Bully'

On last night's Bully Beatdown with Mayhem Miller, former NFL player and jiu-jitsu brown belt Michael Westbrook takes on a 'roommate from hell,' a really classy guy who doesn't pay rent, smashed his roommate's car, and ruined his ex-roommate's credit. Take a look to see the former roommate/overall bad person get what's coming to him.

Of course, Westbrook knows more than anyone about being a bully. In his days as a Redskin, he was quite the bully to teammate Stephen Davis.
