Former NFL player learns jiu-jitsu, beats guys smaller than him
Michael Westbrook, formerly of the Washington Redskins, currently of Arizona Combat Sports, has picked up jiu-jitsu in his retirement. Here, he wins over someone about an eighth of his size, much like Dwight Schrute does at his dojo in Scranton.
Westbrook has had two dalliances in MMA, one King of the Cage win over Jarrod Bunch, and a textbook display of ground and pound over former teammate, Stephen Davis.
