Better photographer: Maxim or 'bar dude'?

Gina Carano is pushing the envelope slightly with her new photo shoot in Maxim. The shots are actually pretty classy. Getting caught doing the worm in a bar a Stockton, California hotel room in a skirt, not so classy. My nod goes to the pervert in the bar hotel room.

UPDATE: Is it important to note that Carano was in a hotel room not somewhere as sleazy as a bar.
