The Golf Channel’s Holly Sonders threw out the first pitch with a golf twist

On Monday at the Tampa Bay Rays game, Holly Sonders was invited to be a part of the first pitch experience, but it was more about her short game than it was about her arm.

Sonders, who has already made headlines this year by appearing on the cover of "Golf Digest" for their fitness issue, chipped the ball from the mound to home plate before the game started, giving validity to the golf term "pitching" a ball like you would around a green.

Her shot might have been a little low, but I'd go out on a limb and say she would have had at least half the guys chasing that one in the dirt.
