Who's racing in NASCAR's YellaWood 500? Full entry list, qualifying updates for Talladega
In just a couple days, the most consistently competitive NASCAR races will get underway in Talladega.
The 2023 Yellawood 500 will take place Oct. 1 at the Talladega Superspeedway, one of NASCAR's most well-known racetracks, in Talladega, Ala.
Since the race began as the Talladega 500 in 1969, it has featured some of NASCAR's most exciting races. Nearly half of the 54 iterations of the competition have featured more than 40 lead changes, and 13 of them have seen more than 60 lead changes.
The YellaWood 500 hasn't featured back-to-back winners since Joey Logano won in 2015 and 2016, and he's one of just 10 drivers to have won more than once.
