Who's who in ladies' figure skating competition?

The ladies’ gold medal isn’t as up-for-grabs as the men’s, but there’s still plenty of skaters capable of putting on a show. Only the bronze medalist from 2014 – Carolina Kostner of Italy– will compete in PyeongChang with many athletes looking for their first individual Olympic medal.

They’ll all likely be chasing Olympic Athletes from Russia’s Evgenia Medvedeva who is the big favorite and the current world record holder for the ladies’ short program, free skate and combined total scores.

Still, with Olympic medals and history on the line, expect big performances from these women.
