Where you recognise Bob from Stranger Things from

Stranger Things fans have been going wild over the revelation that Bob (God rest his sweet soul) is Doug from Fifty First Dates. HOW DID WE NOT REALISE THIS BEFORE?
The fact he plays Samwise Gamgee in The Lord Of The Rings trilogy aside, Netflix viewers are starting to make the connection between the Upside Down and Adam Sandler's 2004 comedy, and they're here for it.
Both roles are played by actor Sean Astin. Here he is as Bob Newby:
