Who were the best athletes at Bucks County area schools? Here are the Dock Mennonite girls

Our Mount Rushmore series of the top high school athletes in the Courier Times/Intelligencer area from 2000 to present continues with our look at the top female performers from Dock Mennonite.

Remember, what the athletes accomplished athletically while in high school carried more weight than what they did after high school.

Take a look (in alphabetical order):

Jill Bolton, 2017 graduate

A four-year starter in both field hockey and softball, she was a two-time all-state performer in field hockey. She finished her field hockey career with a school-record 111 goals.

In college, she helped lead Liberty University to the NCAA Division I-A championship game.

Jesse Gey, 2004 graduate

A four-year standout in both field hockey and track and field, she was a two-time all-state selection in field hockey and also a team captain.

Also a team captain in track, she set school records in the 100 meters and javelin. In college, she played field hockey at the University of North Carolina.

Bailey Kratz, 2015 graduate

A four-year soccer and track and field standout, she helped the Pioneers win four straight PIAA District One soccer titles and was a two-time team captain and the school's all-time leading scorer.

In track and field, she helped lead the Pioneers to two PIAA District One titles and won four PIAA medals.

Shea Neal, 2013 graduate

A three-sport standout in soccer, basketball and track, she was named all-state in soccer as a senior.

She finished as a four-year letter winner in all three sports. She would go on to play soccer at East Stroudsburg University.
