Lincoln Prairie Conference tournament

Okaw Valley 2, Blue Ridge 0. The Knights suffered a 25-14, 25-18 loss to the Timberwolves in Lincoln Prairie Conference tournament play.

Sullivan 2, Blue Ridge 0. A 25-18, 25-14 victory for the Redskins (6-18) over Blue Ridge (3-22) rounded out the Knights' evening in the LPC tournament, with Paige Browning combining for 14 digs between the two matches for Blue Ridge.

Nontournament

Georgetown-Ridge Farm 2, Danville 0. Five kills from Milee Ellis and four kills apiece from Sierra Cunningham and Kendall Roberts helped the Buffaloes (12-12) roam past the Vikings (3-25) in a 25-22, 25-15 nonconference decision. Rubyrae Fraser-Soule added 14 assists and Addie Spesard chipped in seven digs to help the Buffaloes.

Rantoul 2, Eisenhower 1. The Eagles (10-14) came away with a 25-23, 21-25, 25-12 victory over the Panthers thanks to 27 assists, five aces, five digs and two kills from Ashlee Freeman, 12 kills and two digs from Lily Stalter and 10 kills and three digs from Airiana Bell.

St. Thomas More 2, Urbana 0. Addie Kerr's 14-assist performance helped Shannon Monahan register nine kills, Julia Johnson tally five kills and Campbell Phillips tack on two kills in a 25-18, 25-13 road win for the Sabers (17-9) over the Tigers. Urbana (2-11) was paced by Valentina Gonzalez-Ahuerma (eight digs, two kills), Sophia Sheyko-Frailey (six assists, one kill, one block and one ace) and Sammi Christman (three kills, three digs).

In boys' soccer

Arthur Christian 6, Decatur MacArthur/Eisenhower 1. A hat trick from Josh Skowronski and additional goals from Corbin Gingerich, Samuel Goff and Mykyta Walsh led the Conquering Riders (10-6-1) to a comfortable nonconference home win that was clinched by four saves from goalkeeper James Lee.

Fisher/Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley 8, Blue Ridge/DeLand-Weldon 0. Two goals apiece from David Hull and Lily Sizemore combined with scores from Jacob Chittick, Mason Doman, Isaiah Johnson and Jose Rebollo to lift the Bunnies (20-2) past the Knights (4-9) in a nonconference triumph in which they led 7-0 at halftime. The Bunnies' defense held the Knights without a shot on goal while the offense recorded 17 shots on goal.

In girls' tennis

At Champaign. St. Thomas More was swept by Maroa-Forsyth in a 9-0 decision on its home court.

At Danville. Singles victories from Addison Seggebruch (6-2, 6-1), Madison Clampitt (7-6, 6-4), Lauren Lannert (6-3, 6-1), Sonia Patel (6-3, 6-4) and Ainsley Rhoton (6-2, 6-1) helped St. Joseph-Ogden down Schlarman in an 8-1 triumph. Lily Rice and Caroline Aden (8-1), Ellie Ward and Makennah Hamilton (8-6) and Sami Kelso and Sara Kearney (8-3) earned doubles wins for the Spartans, with the Hilltoppers' lone triumph coming in singles play from Maya Jenny (6-0, 6-0).
