GREEN BAY - The Papermakers led by seven points at halftime and held on for the victory over the Pirates in the Sun Drop Shootout at the Kress Center.

Thomas Meyers had 19 points to lead Kimberly. Nathan Wildes added 14 points and Mikey Wildes scored 13.

Bay Port was led by Blake Buchinger with 15 points. Maddox Cornette added 11 and Caden Hendricks scored 10.

GREEN BAY - The Lightning took a 10-point halftime lead and expanded on it in the second half in the win over the Evergreens at the Sun Drop Shootout.

Abraham Tomori led Appleton North with 15 points. Sean Hansen scored 13 points. Will Sweeney and Nate Ramus added 12 and 11 points, respectively, for the undefeated Lightning.

Cade Felch led D.C. Everest with 15 points. Sam Dassow and Cohen Priebe both added 12 points.

MEQUON - The Ghosts led by 24 points at halftime and cruised to the win at the Rick Majerus WBY Shootout at Concordia University.

Nathan Deprez led the Ghosts with 19 points, including 14 in the first half. Keegan Van Kauwenberg added 17 points, Jonah Roehrig scored 13 and Andrew Jensen had 11. Roehrig scored all of his points in the first half.

Hartford was led by Zach Herrmann and Braycen Burg with 15 points each.

Kaukauna is 6-1 overall while Hartford is 5-4.

GREEN BAY - The Crusaders led by 16 points at halftime and rolled to the Sun Drop Shootout victory at the Kress Center.

Sheboygan Lutheran was led by Brennen Hackbarth with 26 points, including 17 in the second half. Elliott Leibham added 18 points and Jake Thomas scored 13. Hackbarth added 10 rebounds and Thomas had eight rebounds.

Oconto was led by Carter Koch with 18 points and Cooper Campshure with 12.

BOYS HOCKEY

Beaver Dam 7, Appleton United 4

HARTLAND - The Golden Beavers scored four unanswered goals in the third period to rally for the win over United.

Appleton took a 2-0 lead in the first period on goals by Hans Ridlehoover and Jace Young. Landon Larson assisted on Ridlehoover’s goal with Ridlehoover and Jack Kangas assisting on Young’s goal.

Bodie Jackson made it 3-0 early in the second period on a goal with Ridlehoover and Larson getting assists.

Beaver Dam then got two goals from Dylan Rufener and one from Boston Damon to tie the game.

Ridlehoover then scored his second goal with an assist from Jackson to give Appleton a 4-3 lead heading into the final period.

Beaver Dam got third-period goals from Joah Tratar (two goals), Bradyn Strachota and Evan Burchardt to rally for the win.

Brandon Tobak had 46 saves in goal for Appleton United. Henry Vick and Brayden Wipperfurth had 13 and seven saves, respectively, for Beaver Dam.

GIRLS HOCKEY

Hayward 4, Fox Cities 3

EAU CLAIRE - Evie Mursau scored two goals for the Stars in the loss to the Hurricanes.

Margaret Thomas added a goal for the Stars. Maleiyah Streck had two assists.
