WATCH: Von Miller reacts to being traded from Broncos to Rams

The Denver Broncos made a blockbuster move on Monday, trading star outside linebacker Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for second- and third-round picks in the 2022 NFL draft.

Miller is the Broncos’ all-time leader in sacks and he was named Super Bowl MVP after leading Denver to a 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50 following the 2015 season.

Miller won’t get to finish his career with the Broncos, but he’ll be remembered as one of the best players in franchise history.

“I’ll always have Super Bowl 50,” Miller told reporters as he left the team’s facility Monday (via KMGH-TV’s Troy Renck). “Seeing the pictures when I was walking out, it just made me tear up. But we’ve always got Super Bowl 50. I’ve always got Broncos Country.”

Miller will now get a chance to chase another Super Bowl ring with the Rams, who are 7-1 and in contention for one of the top seeds in the NFC. Denver, meanwhile, will begin rebuilding a franchise that’s been in decline since winning the Super Bowl five years ago.
