WATCH: Treylon Burks gets his first career 3-touchdown day

At some point, the world should recognize Arkansas wide receiver Treylon Burks as the best wideout in the country.

The Razorbacks junior scored his third touchdown of the day, a career high, on a 39-yard pass from quarterback KJ Jefferson. Burks ran for a 49-yard score in the first quarter and caught a 19-yard touchdown pass earlier in the second. Jefferson has thrown for four touchdowns in the first half.

Arkansas led Arkansas-Pine Bluff after the first half, 45-0.

Burks previously had two two-touchdown games in his career: last week against Auburn and last year against Texas A&M.

At halftime against Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Burks had four catches for 89 yards and two carries for 56 yards. Jefferson went 10 of 17 passing for 194 yards and the four scores.

Burks entered the day fifth in the SEC in catches (38), first in yards (628), tied for third in touchdowns (5) and first in receptions for 20 yards or more (12).
