Denzel Ward gives the Cleveland Browns the football in plus territory after making a huge play for the defense. Picking off Atlanta Falcons quarterback Marcus Mariota in the third quarter, Ward racks up his first pick of the 2022 season.
Coming off of a massive payday this summer, the play of Ward has been a bit of a disappointment, but he has stepped up huge for his team here. Still locked at 10, the offense is now tasked with getting the football into the endzone and taking the lead over the Falcons.
With about a quarter-and-a-half left in the game, this one is still anyone’s game between the Browns and Falcons.
