WATCH: Celtics stash Yam Madar posts 16 points, 8 assists vs. Hapoel Haifa (4/25)

Boston Celtics fans can turn their attention to stashed 2020 NBA draft point guard prospect Yam Madar whenever they need something to pick them up from a stinker laid by the Celtics stateside. And, like clockwork, the Israeli floor general had himself another solid game in the Israeli Premier Basketball League this week.

The Beit Dagan native helped his team in that league — Hapoel Tel Aviv — challenge but ultimately fall to Hapoel B-Cure Laser Haifa 80-71 with 10 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks and a steal in 34 minutes of floor time on April 25.

While it wasn’t enough to get his team the win, Madar continues to play well and hopes to make the leap to the NBA as soon as next season.

While he has contract issues in need of attention to make that happen, Celtics fans can look forward to linking up with Madar in the not-too-distant future.

Watch the video embedded above compiled by Tomasz Kordylewski to see all of the Hapoel Tel Aviv point guard’s best plays from his game on Sunday.
