WATCH: Anthony Richardson’s brother sends moving message

Indianapolis Colts rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson draws motivation from several places, and his family is right there at the top of that list. Specifically, his younger brother, Corey.

It’s become a tradition at the draft for family members or former coaches to film a video showing love and support for a player after they hear their name called. In a look at a very intimate moment, it’s easy to see this strong relationship between two brothers.

Richardson was asked about that video during his introductory press conference and what it’s like to be a role model for a younger brother.

“I keep seeing the video and I keep getting teary eyed just thinking about it. It feels good to know I’m doing something right and there’s people like him looking up to me. It forces me to move a certain way, act a certain way whenever I’m doing certain things,” Richardson said. “It feels good to let him know that I’m doing something, I’m making it happen. Just doing this, and knowing that he’s looking up to me, it feels good. I just have to keep pushing so when his time comes, he can be way better to me.”
