Your vote will determine who will be the Advantage Federal Credit Union's Boys Sports Athlete of the Week for Dec. 11-17. The players' credentials are listed above the poll — which will be live until 8 p.m. Tuesday. The winner will be announced on our Instagram page Wednesday morning.

All athletes who play on Section V boys teams are eligible to be nominated.

Peyton Conner

The Gananda swim star won the 50 Freestyle (22.94) and the 100 Freestyle (50.98) during a tight 86-85 win over Palmyra-Macedon.

Elijah Diakomihalis

A junior on the Hilton wrestling team, Diakomihalis was named one of two outstanding wrestlers at the Monroe County Championships. The top seeded in the 190-pound weight class pinned his first three opponents before winning by technical fall 19-4 in the final.

Aiden Hill

Hilton’s all-league goaltender made 23 saves in a shutout win over Irondequoit, his second perfect outing of the season. Hill then added 26 more saves in a Saturday win over Churchville-Chili, bringing his season averages to a 1.67 goals against average and .943 save percentage.

Zymier Jackson

The East High basketball star scored 11 points on two 3-pointers in his first game after the sudden death of his father, legendary basketball star Kenny. Zymier Jackson, helped the Eagles win at Edison Tech, and then scored 11 in a win over Utica Academy of Science.

Tyler Judd

The Brockport basketball star scored a career-high 32 points.

Simon Kowal

Kowal scored two goals, including the winner in overtime, to lift Victor hockey to a 4-3 comeback win over defending Class B champion Webster Schroeder on Tuesday.

Christopher Noto

Honeoye Falls-Lima sophomore was one of a pair of most outstanding wrestlers named at the Monroe County Championships. The 124-pounder pinned two opponents and won two major decisions as the No. 1 seed in the weight class.

Terence Thompson

The Franklin basketball star went crazy this week with a 31-point, 21-rebound outing in a win over McQuaid, and a 27-point, 26-rebound performance to beat Wilson. He was also named MVP after scoring 22 points and grabbing 15 rebounds in a win over St. Mary's.
