TANK WILLIAMS: Every NFL team is looking for the next Patrick Mahomes. And Jordan Love may be the closest thing, talent-wise, that we've seen to the young GOAT that was drafted in 2017. Love flashes Mahomes-like arm strength and play making ability, making him one of the more intriguing prospects in the draft. And that's his upside. NFL teams covet a quarterback who can make all the throws with sandlot creativity, and Love is that dude.

Now the downside can get a little ugly. Three pick 6 games, only completed 32% of his deep throws, and his production took a major hit in 2019, though it could be attributed to coaching and personnel changes. Now Jordan Love compares himself to Patrick Mahomes, so I would say he's Patrick Mahomes-light. But whether he puts it all together, like Mahomes, to become the chosen one remains to be seen. But the raw talent is definitely there.
