Middletown 55, Goshen 28: Host Middletown (2-0) prevailed. For Goshen, Jean Louis and Jaden Bisono each had touchdown receptions and Mark McKenna (100 yards passing) and Liam O'Hara had rushing scores. The Middies got rushing scores from Julani Graham (116 yards rushing), Quinten Langlitz (62), Javion Roldan (57), Calvin Perez (52) and Rudy Cherry (4). Rahman Alexander led with five solo tackles with Kaiden Blackman and Kyle Scott adding four apiece. Middletown did not report results.

Cornwall 43, Monticello 0: Tyler Vanderpool had 11 carries for 112 yards and three scores for visiting Cornwall. Daniel Twomey had seven for 48 and Mason Lont 5 for 25. Jaiden Laureano completed five of seven throws for 74 yards and a score to Connor Cruz. Quinn Pikarsky was four-for-four for 50 yards. Defensively, Dylan Versweyveld returned two interceptions for scores and Kevin Diamond and Braden Murphy added picks.

Saugerties 35, New Paltz 20: Damon Weishaupt completed five of seven throws for four touchdowns and added 92 yards rushing for host Saugerties. Three of Shyree Laney's four catches when for touchdowns, totaling 148 yards. Gabe Valles rushed for 21 yards and a score and Gabe Ausfeld caught a 56-yard touchdown. Defensively, Ezra Cafaldo (fumble recovery) had 10 tackles with Valles and Will Fiscaletti (forced fumble) adding seven apiece.

James I. O’Neill 35, Red Hook 21: Marek Arbogast made nine receptions for 209 yards, including scores of 62 and 73 yards for visiting O'Neill - he added an interception and was perfect on five PATs. Chad Haley threw for 241 yards. Robe Federovich ran for 99 yards and two scores. Thomas McGuiness scored on a 57-yard run. Kenny Scerbo added an interception.

Burke Catholic 36, Highland 6: Liam Benzinger rushed for three scores and 165 yards for host Burke (1-1). Rory Farrell passed for 110 yards, including a 25-yard scoring throw to Liam Gralton. Justin Mazzie returned an interception 40 yards for a touchdown. Frankie Shaw ran in two conversions and Olivia Harris hit two PATs. For Highland (1-1), James Gescheidle scored on a 5-yard run.

Minisink Valley 33, Wallkill 0: Visiting Minisink (1-0) won. Robert Labarbera completed all eight throws for 139 yards and three scores - two to Jake Luciano (25, 10 yards) and one to Charles Olsen (9 yards). Joshua Thibodeau had 13 carries for 73 yards and a score. Zach Filip scored on a 5-yard run. No game details provided by Wallkill (1-1).

Washingtonville 41, Valley Central 6: Sean Davis rushed for 187 yards on 14 carries, including touchdown runs of 64, 6 and 8 yards) for host Washingtonville. Nick Ascenzo nearly matched, with 129 yards on 14 carries, with scores from 5 and 8 yards. Brent McLee (9 tackles) and Ray Roa (8) each had three tackles for lost yardage.

Lourdes 50, Pine Bush 32: Host Lourdes (2-0) did not report game. Pine Bush got two rushing touchdowns from Plexico Brooks (9 carries, 130 yards) and one from Emanuel Hannon (13-for-85).
