Updated look at the top 10 available players in the transfer portal
The NCAA transfer portal is loaded with talented playmakers this offseason.
Many of the highest rated players that have announced their intentions to transfer have already committed to the new program of their choice. Several other players will likely announce their decisions to enter the portal once bowl season concludes.
Former Texas quarterback Hudson Card will be heading to Purdue to continue his playing career. He is still rated the No. 10 overall player in the transfer portal and the No. 3 quarterback.
There are still dozens of highly rated transfers who are still available at this time. Former Wake Forest quarterback Sam Hartman leads the list of uncommitted players, although he’s highly favored to commit to Notre Dame.
Here’s a look at 247Sports’ top 10 overall players available in the transfer portal at this time.
