Quiet offseasons are a thing of the past in college football.

The transfer portal now means rosters are significantly rebuilt season-by-season. The Colorado State football team did a significant portion of its retooling in winter, when the Rams signed more than 30 new players, but there is still a lot of movement to come in the late spring and summer before the 2023 season.

Here is a look at the players who have left CSU after spring ball and the new transfers who have committed after spring.

This list will be updated at Coloradoan.com through the offseason with transfers in and out.

Transfers in to Colorado State football program

Jordan Noyes — The 5-foot-10 kicker announced on May 11 he would transfer to the Rams from Utah. He appeared in 30 games over three seasons at Utah, hitting all 55 PAT's and eight of 12 field goal attempts. Noyes, who originally walked-on at Utah, is a native of England.

Dylan Goffney — The 6-foot-1, 213-pound receiver announced on May 10 he would transfer to the Rams from SMU. In two seasons he caught 32 balls for 500 yards. He averaged more than 30 yards per reception last season.

Tony Pierce — The 6-foot-1, 242-pound defensive lineman announced May 9 he would transfer to the Rams from North Dakota State, becoming the third former Bison to join the Rams. He played in 52 games over five seasons at NDSU, recording eight sacks, 14.5 tackles-for-loss and 99 total tackles. He has one season of eligibility remaining.

Trey Paster — The 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker announced on May 7 he would transfer to the Rams from Pac-12 team Cal. Paster had 27 tackles in three seasons at Cal, starting five games in 2021 and returning a fumble for a touchdown against USC.

Kobe Johnson — The 5-foot-9 running back announced May 2 he would transfer to the Rams from FCS powerhouse North Dakota State. Johnson ran for 961 yards last season. In four seasons at NDSU, he rushed for 2,563 yards and had 18 touchdowns. He has one season of eligibility remaining with the Rams.

Dom Jones — The 6-foot-3, 197-pound safety announced April 30 he would transfer to the Rams from North Dakota State. Jones played in 41 games over parts of four seasons at NDSU, recording 83 tackles, three interceptions, nine passes defensed, two fumbled recoveries and one forced fumble. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Bobby Lawrence — The 6-foot-9, 321-pound offensive lineman announced April 25 he would transfer to the Rams from SEC team Missouri. Lawrence played in 36 games over four seasons at Missouri, mostly as a reserve lineman. He has one season of eligibility remaining.

Transfers out of CSU football program

Joey Treccia — The 6-foot-1, 290-pound offensive lineman played in one game in 2022 after joining as a walk-on. He announced May 30 that he would transfer.

Justin Michael — The 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive lineman announced April 25 he would enter the portal. Michael, from Poudre High School in Fort Collins, battled injury in two seasons at CSU and never appeared in a game for the Rams.

Sanjay Strickland — The 6-foot-1, 235-pound linebacker announced April 24 he would enter the portal. He did not appear in any games in 2022 but played 13 times over the previous two seasons with 16 tackles.

Damir Abdullah — The 6-foot-3, 200-pound receiver announced April 27 he would enter the portal. He did not appear in any games over two seasons.

Ky Oday Jr. — The 5-foot-11, 175-pound receiver announced April 26 he would enter the portal. He did not play in any games in 2022 as a true freshman while he battled injury. Oday has committed to South Dakota State.

Langston Williams — The 5-foot-9, 165-pound defensive back announced April 26 he would enter the portal. He appeared in four games over two seasons with the Rams, making four tackles.

Brady Radz — The 6-foot-3, 190-pound long snapper announced April 27 he would enter the portal. He did not play in 2022 as a true freshman.
