Top Clarksville-area sports performers in TSSAA baseball, softball, soccer April 15-21

Here are the top performers in Clarksville-area high school sports for the week of April 15-21.

Preston Brooks, Clarksville: Went 2-for-4 with a double, three RBIs, two runs and a stolen base in a 14-9 win over Houston.

Briley Hagewood, Clarksville: Went 3-for-3 with an RBI.

Kirk Weatherford, Clarksville: Went 3-for-4 with an RBI, three runs and four stolen bases.

Gabe Eddington, Montgomery Central: Went 2-for-2 with a triple, three stolen bases and two runs in a 10-6 loss to Portland in the first game of a doubleheader. Was 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, three runs and a triple in the second game, a 6-5 loss.

Dylan Fulton, Montgomery Central: Was 2-for-4 with two RBIs in game one.

Evander Powers, Montgomery Central: Went 2-for-3 with two RBIs in game one.

Ethan Cramer, Northeast: Went 2-for-5 with a stolen base and an RBI in a 12-4 win over Creek Wood.

Jamarion Green, Northeast: Was 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs.

Kayden Mendables, Northeast: Was 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Isaiah Robinson, Northeast: Went 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs.

Softball

Addie Fitzhugh, Stewart County: Went 3-for-4 with a stolen base and hit a walk-off RBI single in a 4-3 win over Murray (Kentucky). Pitched three scoreless innings with one hit given up and two strikeouts.

Tristan Cobbler, Clarksville Academy: Went 2-for-2 with three RBIs, including a walk-off RBI single, in a 4-3 win over Friendship Christian.

Brennen Gibson, Clarksville Academy: Tripled and scored three runs.

Colton Wallace, Clarksville Academy: Pitched a complete game, allowing seven hits and striking out five.

Nathan Chatman, Kirkwood: Went 1-for-2 with a pair of walks and drew a walk-off walk with the bases loaded in a 6-5 win over West Creek.

Gavin Rogers, Kirkwood: Went 2-for-2 and drew a pair of walks.

Kaden Turner, Kirkwood: Went 2.1 innings with one hit and no earned runs, striking out five out of the bullpen.

Gabe Eddington, Montgomery Central: Went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs, three stolen bases and got the save by pitching a seventh inning in a 4-3 win at Todd County Central (Kentucky).

Jeremy Elliott, Montgomery Central: Gave up two hits over four innings, striking out four without allowing an earned run.
