The top 81 girls lacrosse juniors in the Shore Conference, ranked

The Class of 2025 for girls lacrosse in the Shore Conference has been stellar this season.

With some lax players already committed to top collegiate programs, there are a lot of others still proving themselves and raising their stock. There’s been a good number of goalkeepers in this class that have been protecting the net at a high rate. Below we've ranked the Top 23 from the Class of 2025 and included others who are on the All-Shore Watch List. All stats are calculated up to May 8th.

Statistics are through May 7.

1. Rachel James, Rumson-Fair Haven, Midfield

The Loyola University Maryland commit scored 45 goals, had 13 assists, 33 ground balls, 61 draw controls and 15 forced turnovers for the Bulldogs. Her season-high five goals happened in games against Allentown and Ocean City. She’s the top goal scorer on the team with her speed and ability to catch passes on the move. Solid stick skills and enough speed to get past defenders with ease. With another year left in high school, she’s only going to get better.

2. Lily Wood, Trinity Hall, Midfield

A scorer, defender, and has had moments of dominance on the draw control for the Monarchs. She’s scored 29 goals, had 13 assists, 50 ground balls, 31 draw controls and 43 forced turnovers. The Georgetown University commit had season-high four goal games against Rumson-Fair Haven and Southern, which were both for wins.

3. Zoey Smith, Lacey, Midfield

Smith has been scoring with ease this season with 72 goals in her junior campaign. In her career, the John Hopkins University commit has scored over 200 goals and about to reach 200 ground balls. Two times this season she’s scored 11 goals, in games against Ocean Township and Point Pleasant Beach. She’s also tallied 74 draw controls and 18 forced turnovers.

4. Makayla Mitchell, St. John Vianney, Midfield

The University of Louisville commit has had an even better season than her impressive sophomore campaign. She has over 100 career goals and draw controls. This season she’s scored 57 goals, and had a season-high nine goals against St. Rose in April. She also tallied 46 draw controls.

5. Daisen Iwan, Rumson-Fair Haven, Midfield

She came up big this season in multiple occasions for the Bulldogs. Second on the team in scoring with 42 goals and 25 assists to go along with 20 ground balls and 16 forced turnovers. In her breakout junior season campaign, she had a season-high five goals against Bridgewater-Raritan in April. There was only one game this season where she was held scoreless.

6. Mia Milkowski, Rumson-Fair Haven, Midfield

The George Washington University commit has been getting better with each season. She has tallied 30 goals, 21 assists, nine ground balls and 10 forced turnovers. She had multiple games when she scored three goals against Shore, Southern, Red Bank Regional, and Ocean City.

7. Grace Crowley, Toms River East, Midfield

Inching up on her 100th career goal as she’s a good all-around player. She’s scored 55 goals, had 18 assists, 68 ground balls, 44 draw controls, and 16 forced turnovers. She’s scored a season-high seven goals against Toms River South.

8. Sofia Meten, Shore, Goalkeeper

The Dominican University New York commit has been a big component for the successful season the Blue Devils are having. She made 119 saves and let up 122 goals allowed in 14 games. She had a season-high 14 saves against Allentown.

9. Gabby O’Brien, Shore, Midfield

The Boston University commit is part of the 1-2 punch next to senior and Colgate commit Conley Smolokoff. O’Brien already has over 100 goals, assists, draw controls, and ground balls in her career. This season she’s scored 47 goals and had 28 assists.

10. Delaney Falk, Southern, Midfield

A consistent scorer that has another year to hit 200 career goals for the Rams. She’s scored 41 goals, had 12 assists, 29 ground balls, 42 draw controls and 30 forced turnovers this season. She’s had a season-high eight goals against Toms River North back in April.

11. Emilia Ercolino, Barnegat, Attack

One of the best scorers on a Bengals team that started the season unbeaten for their first 12 straight games. She scored 29 goals, had seven assists, 26 ground balls, and 20 draw controls. She had a season-high four goals against Ocean Township in April.

12. Liliana Davis, Southern, Defense

One of the top defenders on the Southern team. This season she tallied 12 ground balls, three draw controls and 16 forced turnovers. She’s creeping up on 100 forced turnovers and already has over 100 ground balls.

13. Brooke Picca, Toms River South, Attack

The Kutztown University of Pennsylvania has over 100 career goals, ground balls, and draw controls. This season she has scored 35 goals, had four assists, 55 ground balls, 48 draw controls, and 20 forced turnovers. Her season-high was seven goals against Brick Township in late-April.

14. Bridie Fitzgerald, Trinity Hall

This season, she scored 24 goals, had seven assists, 21 ground balls, and 11 forced turnovers. He had a season-high five goals against Hillsborough in April.

15. Virginia Avery, Trinity Hall, Goalkeeper

She held her own against not only the top teams in the Shore Conference but the state of New Jersey. She made 88 goals through 14 games and let up 75 goals. She had a season-high 12 saves against Hillsborough.

16. Sophia Evans, Manasquan, Attack

She has scored 15 goals, three assists, seven ground balls, and four forced turnovers this season for the Warriors. She had a season-high three goals against Trinity Hall in April.

17. Kat O'Connell, Rumson-Fair Haven, Midfield

The Rider University commit is one of the top scorers on the Bulldogs roster. She tallied 21 goals, six assists, 38 ground balls, 41 draw controls and 14 forced turnovers. Only three games this season when she was scoreless, other times she's helped Rumson on both ends of the field. A solid defender and proficient scorer.

18. Ryann Dunn, Central Regional, Midfield

The leading scorer for the Golden Eagles this season. She had 37 goals, 41 ground balls, 31 draw controls and 10 forced turnovers. She had a season-high five goals against Ocean Township.

19. Madeline Krohn, Toms River South, Attack

The Savannah College of Art and Design has scored 35 goals, had 15 assists, 69 ground balls, 51 draw controls and 22 forced turnovers. She had a season-high six goals against Colts Neck and Toms River North.

20. Emma Bonforte, Ocean Township, Midfield

The midfielder has had 25 goals, 10 assists and 44 ground balls and 34 forced turnovers on the season for the Spartans. She had a season-high five goals against Toms River North last month.

21. Kammi Haeusser, Marlboro, Midfield

This season she scored 34 goals, had 11 assists and 21 ground balls. She had a season-high six goals against Middletown North.

22. Emma Sigrist, Middletown North, Midfield

She has scored 32 goals, had 21 ground balls, and 32 draw controls this season. She’s scored a season-high six goals against Brick Memorial and Ranney.

23. Avery Smith, Southern, Midfield

American Division One of the top scorers for the Rams with 20 goals and had nine assists this season. She also tallied 124 ground balls, 89 draw controls, and 84 forced turnovers.
