Three-star wide receiver Jay Fair signs with Auburn

Auburn has added some serious speed to its roster.

Jay Fair is one of the fastest players in the 2022 recruiting class and makes up for his lack of size (5-10, 175 pounds) with his blazing speed and physicality.

Fair is from Rockwall, Texas, and has potential as a returner due to his dynamic speed. Fair may only be rated a three-star and as the No. 77 wide receiver in the country according to the 247Sports composite, but he is an important addition for Auburn who needs more playmakers at receiver, he is also an early enrollee, giving him even more time to adjust to college life.

Fair caught 46 passes for 894 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior in 13 games for Rockwall-Heath.
